3. Data Usage & Privacy

We store user data on Supabase and utilize Stripe for billing, Heroku for backend services, and Vercel for hosting. Sensitive user data, including customer details and other app-related information, is encrypted. By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to our data handling practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • No Refunds: All payments made to XYZ CRM are non-refundable.

  • No Free Trial: We do not offer free trials.

  • Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Upon cancellation, access to the Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

XYZ CRM retains full ownership of all chatbot configurations, including AI training data and any enhancements made to the chatbot system.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses will always be accurate or appropriate. XYZ CRM is not liable for any business losses, inaccurate AI responses, or damages arising from the use of our Services.

7. Termination of Service

XYZ CRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found engaging in illegal activities, spam, or any other non-business-related actions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the USA.

9. AI Limitations & Disclaimers

AI-generated responses are based on training data and may not always be accurate. Users should verify critical information before relying on chatbot responses. XYZ CRM is not responsible for any inaccuracies or misinterpretations.

10. Third-Party Integrations

XYZ CRM integrates with third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, Heroku, and Vercel. By using our Services, you also agree to the Terms and Policies of these third-party providers.

11. Changes to Terms

XYZ CRM reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
